Title: eCommerce Manager

The Role
We are looking for an eCommerce Manager to join our growing team. You will be a key member of the team working directly with the Head of Performance and Digital Marketing Manager to design and develop online trading strategies to attract target users through online marketing channels.
Responsibilities
1. Identify and execute an online trading strategy to accelerate performance across selling channels including but not limited to website, TikTok Shop, and Amazon.
2. Collaborate with the wider team to understand products in terms of potential ranging, pricing strategy, product upload, and subsequent trading.
3. Manage all on-site activity in relation to conversion, sales & gross profit optimisation.
4. Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies to improve website performance.
5. Analyse various data to deliver data-driven strategies to drive performance.
6. Develop a trading calendar and oversee implementation and analysis to further improve future trade and eCom plans.
7. Regularly report on performance and identify opportunities to drive performance.
8. Collaborate with performance and marketing teams to optimise the quality and experience of the traffic being delivered to selling channels.

1. Trade plan management.

3. On-site performance.
4. Revenue.
5. Trading Margin.
Skills
1. Minimum 3 years' operating at a similar level within online retail.
2. Beauty enthusiast.
3. Advanced analytical skills.
4. Experience using Shopify.
5. TT shop & Amazon preferable but not essential.
6. Strategy and planning, with the ability to demonstrate intelligent and outside-the-box approaches to previous client needs.
7. Highly organised, and comfortable presenting at all levels.
8. Proven ability to lead transition and change.
9. Ability to think both creatively and commercially.
10. Happy to work at both strategic and operational levels.
