Team Leader - WHSmith - North Middlesex Hospital
Contract Type: Permanent
Working hours: 39 hours per week, must be flexible to work 5 out of 7 days including weekends.
The right candidate preferably should have some experience in a customer-oriented environment. Food handling or managing experience is highly desired; full training will be provided.
As a Team Leader, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us. You should be the ambassador of our brand, living the company values in your store.
What being a Team Leader is all about:
* Create a customer service-led culture.
* Support the Multi-Site Store Manager in maximizing opportunities with the store profit and loss statement.
* Spot new opportunities to enhance sales and capitalize on footfall.
* Drive the store to ensure it is fully compliant with stock availability and management processes.
* Maintain relationships with landlords.
* Deputise in the absence of the Multi-Site Store Manager.
