We’re searching for a London-based Data Architect to join our Data and Reporting Platform team, so that we can design and implement a robust data strategy that ensures our data is accessible, reliable, and secure, to support critical business decisions. The Data Architect will develop and maintain data models, architecture, and integration strategies to empower data-driven decisions for our global team. How You’ll Spend Your Time Design and implement data models, data warehouses, and data marts to support reporting and analytics Oversee data integration processes, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across systems Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications Maintain and optimize the organization’s data architecture to align with business objectives What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having Prior experience in a Data Architecture or a similar role Hands-on development experience Proficiency in Databricks Proven success in implementing data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes In-depth knowledge of data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) and cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure, GCP) Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical teams and business stakeholders within a diverse, international team Experience with data governance, compliance regulations, and data quality assurance Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Power BI By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.
