Could this be the job for you? We are looking for a Data Administration Assistant based in our London office. You will have excellent attention to detail and be accountable for data integrity within our systems to facilitate the best customer experience. What will you be doing? Ensuring all data in the system is accurate and feeds through our systems effectively including bar codes, SKUs, lead times, images and content (e.g. PIM to M2). Ensuring brands and goods are correctly displayed on our Marketplace platform. Reviewing the test site daily to ensure promotions and products have loaded accurately and fixing any errors spotted alongside the relevant teams. Copywriting and IDing assets to be loaded into Magento. Working with suppliers to chase deliveries, manage barcodes and organise transport if needed. Working closely with the Merchandising team to ensure financials are accurate. Working with our warehouse to manage delivery enquiries. Assisting to chase in deliveries, reconciling shortages/unknowns and supporting customer services with any customer queries for the department. Reviewing the test site to ensure promotions and products have loaded accurately and fixing any errors spotted. General cross functional support to ensure smooth flow between buying, merchandising, production, design, marketing, and web teams. What you’ll bring You are currently working in an administration and/or data role and can evidence the following skills: You’re highly organised and have a flexible approach to managing a high workload along with ad hoc tasks. You have strong analytical skills and a good knowledge of Excel. You have familiarity with inventory management software (desirable), spreadsheets and presentation tools (essential). You’re a motivated individual, able to work independently and as part of a team. You have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
