Our client are a Fit Out Contractor specialiseing in Commercial fit Out and Refurbihsment that are looking for an experienced and established Quantity Surveyor to join their team delivering a project.
Important details for a Quantity Surveyor applying for this role:
* Experience with refurbishments of high end works within listed buildings
* Expereince doing fitout/refurbishemtns within the hospitality sector such as Hotels, Leisure, Restaurants etc
* Need to have:
* CSCS
* SMSTS
* Appropriate skills with Administration, Budget, Client Relationship, Design, Health & Safety, Managing Staff, Planning and Scheduling, Procurement
