As a Distribution Administrator, you will be required to: 1. Creating orders as per our customer demands 2. Using of ISU Module in SAP. 3. Releasing follow on work to Amey ensuring activities are populated to meet the business objectives and meets audit standard. 4. Releasing new notifications into work orders - checking all information is correct as per leakage process and meets audit standard. 5. Daily/weekly Management of Outstanding work reports - determine jobs in red/amber status and review with work management team 6. Ensuring orders settle to the correct settlement code ensuring cost settle to correct Opex and Capex budgets. 7. Entering HR data into SAP production, overtime and annual leave. 8. General office duties, to include mail sorting, fax issuing, photocopying. 9. Creating orders as per our customer demands 10.
