Head of FP&A UK & Ireland Job ID 192723 Posted 08-Nov-2024 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Accounting/Finance Location(s) London - England - United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Head of FP&A, UK&I Advisory The Head of FP&A will have overall responsibility for the end-to-end delivery and management of all aspects of FP&A across the UK&I Advisory Division. Reporting to the UK FD, you will be expected to lead the FP&A team through CBRE's planning cycles, working with stakeholders across the Division, co-ordinating the process in a highly complex matrix organisation. They will also lead in supporting the Strategic Leadership Group and Divisional finance community combining external economic and commercial factors with the production of Tools and Analytics to drive forward the business' financial strategy. Key Responsibilities - Leadership and development of a high performing FP&A function - Stakeholder management across the UK&I Advisory division and global Finance community - Delivery and management of the planning cycles: including long term business plans, annual budget, quarterly forecast and monthly revenue forecasts. - Integrity of data and structure within IBM TM1 Reporting system - Delivery of local UK&I reporting and corporate UK&I divisional reporting - Driving insight and analysis across the UK&I Advisory division - Leadership of the partnering of all corporate and central service overhead teams - Drive standardisation and automation opportunities - M&A and internal real estate planning and appraisals. Person Specification/Requirements It is expected that the successful individual will have extensive experience in: - FP&A within a complex matrix organisation. - Leading and developing high performing individuals. - Building relationships with stakeholders at all levels up to and including C-Level. - Financial planning systems e.g. IBM planning Analytics/SAP BPC/Anaplan - Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) with 5 years PQE - Collaborative in nature, building relationships with ease - Ability to prioritise and delegate effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
