Our customer, a global law firm is looking for a Tech Commercial Lawyer for a 6 months contract role to start immediately.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel to support a strategic cloud project for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing commercial technology contracts with a focus on specific clauses and ensuring compliance with terms. You will also draft variation and termination notices and assist with other related legal and contract management tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and analyze technology commercial contracts, focusing on key clauses.
* Draft variation and termination notices for existing contracts.
* Assist with contract-related queries and documentation.
* Provide support with additional legal tasks related to the cloud project as needed.
Qualifications:
* Strong experience in reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, particularly within the technology sector.
* E&W Qualified Lawyer.
* Excellent attention to detail and legal drafting skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Experience with cloud or tech-related contracts is a plus.
