You will be able to articulate demonstrable evidence of this over time. You will: • Have a proven track record of excellent teaching. • Have an excellent understanding of teaching and learning especially at KS2. • Have an understanding of high-quality provision for children. • Have vision, passion and drive to raise attainment and achieve excellent outcomes for all pupils. • Have a desire to develop your own skills and career progression. • Be a positive role model for staff.
