IT Audit Manager
I'm helping a multinational telecommunications company find an IT Audit Manager.
My client is an instantly recognisable, household name telecoms business. A constituent of the FTSE 50, its market cap is nearly £15b.
The audit team is close-knit, friendly, and established within the business. It delivers a portfolio of risk-based reviews focused on cyber, cloud and network security.
The IT Audit Manager reports into a Senior IT Audit Manager and delivers end-to-end audit work. This includes planning, scoping, fieldwork, and compiling first draft reports. Audits are highly technical, detailed, and in-depth. There is an emphasis on quality over quantity. IT Audit Managers typically deliver 4-6 audits per year.
Responsibilities
Requirements include knowledge of cyber, cloud, or network security principles. The ability to deliver end-to-end audits is essential, as well as strong communication skills. Managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels within a complex, international organisation is also key.
Qualifications
* At least four years' experience in IT Audit
* Knowledge of 'risk-based' audits - the ability to design and deliver non-statutory audits
* Passion for technology and an eagerness to learn
* CISA or equivalent qualification preferred but not essential
* Current UK right-to-work (sorry, sponsorship isn't available)
This is a fantastic opportunity for an auditor with an interest in technology to broaden their experience and exposure to different types of audit work.
The team works from an office three days per week. The successful candidate can be based in either Birmingham or London.
Compensation includes a generous bonus and competitive pension scheme.
Diversity Commitment
IAC is committed to creating a diverse corporate governance profession and is proud to both be an equal opportunity employer and we are also proud to support our clients to be the same. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, or age.
