Role Overview: As a Kitchen Order Processor, you will play a key role in taking orders from customers in various formats and accurately inputting them into the system to ensure they are ready for production. You will be responsible for processing orders and liaising with both the customer and manufacturing team to ensure all specifications are met. This role would be ideal for someone with an understanding of kitchens, particularly in the mid-to-high-end luxury market, and someone who can spot errors or inconsistencies in design to ensure orders are correct before they are sent to manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for the kitchen industry. Key Responsibilities: Take customer orders in various formats and input them into the system. Ensure all orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure that all order specifications are met. Identify and correct any errors in orders or designs before they are sent to production. Maintain accurate records of all orders processed. Provide support to customers where needed to resolve order-related queries. Skills & Experience Required: A strong understanding of kitchens and ideally experience working within the mid-to-high-end luxury kitchen market. The ability to spot errors in kitchen designs and troubleshoot where necessary. High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Proficiency in using order processing systems and software. Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with both customers and the manufacturing team. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
