Job Purpose: To manage the full front of house function, being permanently based at the reception desk. The role will take full responsibility for the reception and all associated areas, making sure that they are kept in the best possible order at all times, liaising with other departments as necessary and to make the building your own. Duties: Greeting of all guests, visitors and occupiers to the building and providing them with exceptional service and to be their point of contact for any queries. To receive/answer calls promptly and efficiently, identifying the callers" requirements and transferring calls as appropriate. Administrative duties including word processing, photocopying, ordering stationery and facilities management tasks as directed by Building Management. Handling post and deliveries and recording them in line with the buildings Team Agreement/Operations Manual Event planning for the building occupiers The above listed task/responsibilities are not exhaustive.
