As our Technical Manager, you will report to the Associate Technical Director. More about the Technical Manager role Coordinate all Technical Information and Drawings and approvals to allow for efficient site starts Minimise risk through provision and high-quality information in a timely manner Brief, manage and instruct the external consultants in the preparation and issue of production information to an agreed programme, fee and scope of works Input into the project milestone schedule and present it at Project Review Meetings Ensure all statutory enquiries, sewer connections and other sectional agreements are submitted and pursued for their timely return Ensure that working drawings are in accordance with the approved Planning Scheme and ensure discharge of planning conditions. Oversee the NHBC/Building Regulations applications through to condition discharge and to B.Regs approval To monitor and control all production information in close liaison with the Commercial Team to ensure tight cost-effective solutions and information is produced in line with budget estimates Monitor and control the Project budget Fees and update fee reports on monthly basis Oversee preparation of Sales Brochure Plans, Conveyance Plans Attend regular project review meetings and carry out periodic site reviews/inspection Attend meetings at various stages of projects (Land/Technical hand-over, Planning, Pre-Tender, Project Review Meeting, and other Meetings as required, etc.) Liaise and coordinate with other parties, both internal and external Respond to site and customer care queries and resolve Technical/Construction problems in a timely and cost-effective manner.
