Job Title: Qualified Year 3/4 Supply Teacher

Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering engaging lessons in accordance with the Key Stage 2 curriculum, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Employ effective teaching strategies to develop foundational literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills in young learners.
* Assess and track students' progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
* Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to create a cohesive learning experience for all KS2 students.
* Nurture a positive and respectful classroom culture that encourages curiosity, independence, and teamwork.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent primary education qualification.
* Proven experience in teaching within Key Stage 2.
* Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and pedagogical approaches.
* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Passion for creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for primary school children.
