Our client is a rapidly growing Insurtech company, who are seeking a Senior Private Medical Insurance Advisor to join their team. As they look to grow their presence in the Private Medical Insurance sector this is an exciting time to join the team.
As Senior Private Medical Insurance Advisor you'll partner with clients to deeply understand their healthcare goals. You'll put together personalised insurance plans that protect their well-being and financial security. By embodying integrity, professionalism, and empathy, you'll guide clients through complex insurance decisions, empowering them to make informed choices and secure comprehensive coverage.
What you'll do:
* Understand individual healthcare needs and recommend tailored private medical insurance solutions
* Connect with clients through calls, interviews and explain complex insurance options with clarity
* Analyse existing policies and recommend adjustments to optimise coverage
* Manage your sales pipeline and consistently hit goals
* Support colleagues and contribute to the development of the sales process
* Manage the CRM system effectively
* Work closely with the leadership to grow the PMI team

What we offer:
* Competitive salary of £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with an OTE in the region of £65,000 (Performance related)
