The Role : As a Major Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our membership experience, ensuring that key accounts receive top-tier support and innovative solutions. Your role will involve: • Managing a portfolio of 100-150 accounts, developing lasting relationships. • Securing renewals, expanding accounts, and recruiting new members. • Driving incremental sales, upselling, and cross-selling key products. • Collaborating across departments to ensure members benefit from industry-leading insights and initiatives. • Providing personalised and strategic support to our members. What They’re Looking For: • Proven experience in account management or sales, ideally in B2B or logistics.• A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving targets. • Strong communication and negotiation skills – you know how to influence and engage • Confidence in managing a sales pipeline and working independently. • Willingness to travel (UK driver’s licence required).
