A permanent opportunity has arisen for a part time Accounts Assistant to join a well-established, dynamic company based in the Wherstead road area, Ipswich. This industry leading organization manufactures and distributes products to the UK, Europe and the USA and has grown year on year since inception.
The successful candidate will be responsible for: -
• Purchase Ledger processing
• Processing of sales invoices
• Processing of customer payments
• Processing company credit card expense forms
Obtaining authorisation for and pay merchant rebates
• Assisting the Customer Support team with telephone support as and when required
Candidates should have at least 2 years’ experience in an accounts role. Whilst AAT/bookkeeping qualification is desirable it is not essential. Strong IT skills required together with good communication skills are required. Hours 9.30am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday, although there is flexibility (25 hours per week). Salary £17,700 per annum, the company offer an annual bonus scheme and on-site parking. 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays) rising to 22 days on completion of probation period
