The Position Job Title: Technical Support Apprentice Apprenticeship Course: Level 3 Information Communication Technician - Support Apprenticeship Duration: 15-18 Months EPA Location: Moulton, near Newmarket Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30 with an hour for lunch to be taken at an agreed time between 12:00 and 14:00. Salary: £24,000 per annum Role and Responsibilities The job entails front-line customer service and support, including the support of voice lines, data services, voice over IP solutions, routers, mobiles, and telephone systems. Responsibilities include liaising with our industry partners, placing and chasing supplier orders, raising and resolving issues, and provisioning and implementing solutions. Additionally, the role involves the use of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and ticket systems, as well as access to various supplier portals. Eligibility Criteria Individuals must have a valid and eligible residency status to apply for this role. Own transport is also required due to location.
