As the Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in assisting with various accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general administrative duties within the finance department.
Responsibilities:
* Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Reconcile invoices, statements, and accounts to ensure accuracy.
* Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing procedures.
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
* Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in an accounting or finance related role.
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
