Person Specification
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Phlebotomy or equivalent qualification.
* Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations including infection control measures.
* Excellent venepuncture skills and proficiency in blood collection techniques.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in specimen handling and labelling.
* Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
* Previous experience working as a Phlebotomist in a healthcare setting is desirable.
* Previous experience in managing long term conditions.
