Your role as Service Business Executive As Service Business Executive (SBE), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate renewal of service contracts. Working closely with our Sales team and collaborating with vendors, you will be responsible for reviewing service agreements, aligning data, and leveraging analytics to enhance processes and maintain operational excellence. To excel in this role, you should be highly analytical, detail-orientated, and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional results. Your ability to identify process improvements, support key stakeholders, and ensure seamless contract management will be fundamental to your success. Responsibilities Key responsibilities of the role include: Drive the renewals process by ensuring support contracts are renewed accurately and on time Generate regular reports for the Sales team, showing expired and upcoming renewals, tracking metrics, and identifying opportunities Support account managers with strategic renewals for key accounts, including co-terming and consolidating contracts Liaise with vendors to ensure partner support aligns with contractual agreements Validate and maintain service agreement data, including serial numbers, hardware locations, and SLAs Conduct service agreement health checks, review purchase orders, and recommend process improvements Oversee the completion of service decline forms and report any quality assurance concerns to management Collaborate with Business Operations and Service Delivery Managers to ensure accurate audits and database integrity We hire result-orientated, smart, and high-energy individuals who bring a can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile and deliver exceptional outcomes. Additional requirements include: Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret and work with data Experience in data mapping, validation, and audits Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft 365. Ability to work calmly under pressure with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Degree or equivalent experience preferred Organisation Structure The Service Business Executive reports to the Service Business Manager.
