Strategic partner for Behring, Seqirus and Vifor International Commercial teams to drive business value through digital, data and automation solutions. Helps stakeholders realize business outcomes and evolves the CSL technological landscape to enable enterprise value.
Responsible for stakeholder alignment, change management, IT roadmaps, portfolio investment prioritization, and innovation promotion. Aligns service partners on priorities and investments, and delivers quality of service and key capabilities.
* Develops deep knowledge of Commercial business, builds relationships and establishes 'trusted advisor' relationships with stakeholders.
* Establishes strong relationships across business stakeholders and peers to support business outcomes from technology, digital and data solutions.
* Drives alignment of stakeholders and business with integrated Commercial City Plan, focuses on delivery and realization of enterprise value.
* Ensures definition, plan alignment and execution of roadmap to provide Commercial Business Platform needs.
* Aligns service partner on priorities and investments, and delivers quality of service and key capabilities.
Requires Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. 10+ years of experience in commercial and digital or technology environment, with 5 years delivering business solutions and/or technology platforms, and 5+ years managing global teams.
Competencies include communication, leadership, management, team building, executive level communication, presentation skills, and practical experience working in a matrixed environment.
