Recruitment Consultant Job summary Working on a volume recruitment campaign you will be responsible for sourcing new candidates, responding to applications and conducting screening calls and video calls. You will liaise with clients throughout the entire recruitment process from initial brief to completing and successful on-boarding and ensure all compliance is completed. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing a talent pool of future candidates. Liaise directly with clients to arrange interviews, deal directly with offers and all on-boarding.
