Competition Associate/Senior Associate (4+ PQE)

The Role
As a Competition Lawyer, you will:
* Advise on complex competition law issues, including:
* Merger control investigations and foreign investment reviews.
* Cartel defence, abuse of dominance cases, and market investigations.
* Regulatory matters across key sectors.
* Commercial agreements, joint ventures, and business strategy compliance.
* Represent clients before competition and regulatory authorities.
* Work closely with clients in regulated industries, providing strategic guidance.
* Develop and implement compliance policies, audits, and training programmes.
* Engage in business development and thought leadership initiatives.
Key Requirements
* 4+ PQE Competition Lawyer (Senior Associate level: 6+ PQE preferred).
* Strong experience in UK and EU competition law.
* SRA registered lawyer (postgraduate qualification in competition law is a plus).
* Proven expertise in merger control, cartel defence, and regulatory matters.
* Commercial acumen and ability to deliver clear, pragmatic advice.
* Strong team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
