Job Description:
Post Brexit, there have been changes to how Amazon and its inventory operate across the UK-EU customs border. To enable seamless inventory movement for sellers across this border (preserving product selection for customers), Amazon launched Customs Clearance and Shipping Services in 2021. Starting as a pilot, it has scaled to over 4,000 sellers and aims to move over 75 million units of inventory across borders by 2025.
We seek a candidate with strong product management experience to own and scale this offering, working with a dedicated team of 10+ engineers. The role focuses on improving seller experience, delivery speed, reducing costs, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities, passionate about data and Seller Experience, and possesses excellent business acumen and communication skills. They should thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, collaborative environment and be excited about the positive impact of our services on Sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own the product roadmap to enhance seller experience within Seller Central.
2. Identify and implement process improvements for product efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Lead data analysis and metric tracking to identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Communicate updates and metrics to senior leaders and stakeholders.
5. Identify gaps or blockers, propose solutions, and drive implementation with partner teams.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* Experience in roadmap strategy and product delivery.
* Experience as a product manager or owner, with end-to-end product lifecycle management.
* Experience managing technology products and product cycles of 6+ months.
* Background in product or program management, marketing, business development, or technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Ability to influence senior leadership using data-driven insights.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
