Our client is a well-established customer-focused business with a reputation for quality and reliability in the fenestration market. As demand continues to grow, they are looking for someone who’s experienced, enthusiastic, and ready to take pride in every job – from fine-tuning fittings to full door assessments.
Role responsibilities:
1. Diagnosing and fixing issues with composite doors (hinges, locks, seals, alignment, etc.)
2. Work with installation businesses and offer post-installation support
3. Delivering a great experience to customers and clients
4. Managing your schedule efficiently while keeping standards sky-high
Candidates’ skills & experience:
5. Proven experience working with composite doors in the domestic sector
6. Solid knowledge of door hardware, locking systems, and general door mechanics
7. A customer-first mindset and a problem-solving attitude
8. Full UK driving licence (essential)
9. Excellent communication and organisational skills
10. Willingness to travel
