We have an opportunity for a Team Leader to support our Holiday Cottage Cleaners on the Llyn Peninsula.
Duration: Permanent
Hours: (7.5) hours per week – working a split shift over 2 or 3 days, set days could emerge as the role progresses and is usually Mon, Friday or Saturday but can vary, this role will include weekend or bank holiday working.
Salary: £24,862.50 full time equivalent
Internally you will be known as 'Holidays Operation Team Leader'

What you'll be doing
You will induct new staff and support the provision of an efficient, effective and flexible service ensuring cover for changeovers, and house opening achieving very high standards of presentation; co-ordination of routine maintenance and repairs, and deal with customer queries in line with the NT Holidays Toolkit.
Health and Safety compliance and good environmental management is essential. You will be familiar with working to risk assessments, Hazardous substances procedures, accident reporting, and fire safety.

practical experience in an operational role in a holiday operating environment
a good understanding of necessary standards of housekeeping, presentation and maintenance
some supervisory experience, good people skills, confidence dealing with a variety of situations including incidents and complaints
