In addition to supporting our current cloud computing platform, you will also research, build and test new applications, systems and services. As Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be involved in ensuring backup and IT Disaster Recovery requirements are met, oversee our monitoring system as well as maintain detailed systems documentation and our line of business applications. You will work to reduce operational overheads by consolidating and retiring older applications systems and software too. You will also ensure the effectiveness of our security solutions and threat defence systems, in addition to overseeing relationships with service providers and technical partners. We’re looking for someone with: Experience of Windows Server System. Operational Azure experience. Azure Administrator Associate certification. Strong PowerShell skills. A good understanding the impact of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance on technical solutions. An understanding of IASME Cyber Essentials Plus certification. A working knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID. A capacity & appetite to acquire new skills.
