Property Coordinators Salary: £25,400 a year Location: Stoke-on-Trent Hours per week 35 Contract type Permanent You’ll be responsible for the administration of our property maintenance, compliance and repairs work. You’ll help with the development of a thorough property database and other records within the Property Team and the wider Group. Job requirements Co-ordinate all property information, making sure it’s up to date and any issues are raised. Schedule appointments for our Property Surveyors and Estates Team to visit homes and schemes. Monitor supplier and contractor invoices in line with the Group’s process. Help with any duties that form part of the Customer Hub as and when required. Arrange, attend, and minute meetings and prepare any associated documents as requested. Update systems with any customer contact in an accurate and timely manner. Complete admin duties as required by the Property Management Team in relation to the Asset Management Strategy. What we’re looking for Educated to GCSE level or equivalent or qualified by substantial experience in this area. Experience of working as part of a team and having a ‘one team approach’ and a ‘can do’ attitude. Excellent communication skills. Understanding of what great customer service is. Ability to fulfil contractual commitments for commissioned services. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and demands.
