The Account Manager position is a revenue generation role designed to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) by reducing churn and closing up-sell/add-on opportunities. This role is focused on managing and growing relationships within the software industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Generate sales opportunities and respond to incoming sales inquiries within the current customer base.
2. Generate the highest probability of sale through effective demonstration of proven sales behaviors including, but not limited to:
1. Completing effective discovery calls focused on learning the prospect’s challenges, causes of those challenges, and consequences of inaction.
2. Providing solution recommendations and tailored product demonstrations based on the above learnings.
3. Understanding the prospect’s goals, plans, timeline, budget, and authority.
4. Communicating accurate business value alignment between the prospect and the recommended POR solution.
5. Meet or exceed monthly quotas.
Requirements:
1. 2 years proven sales experience and/or experience in the hire industry.
2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
3. Exceptional time-management skills.
4. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with a sense of urgency and persistence.
5. Hunger for continuous learning/improvement and a willingness to implement best practices.
6. Ability to follow a prescribed sales process and effectively utilize provided tools and resources.
