Duties:
Providing a first-class service to customers both in person and over the phone
Using the system to update information
Always maintain a high level of customer care
Provide information to customers on a daily basis
Update customer contact details on the database
Accept and process telephone care payments
Front of house reception duties
Meeting and greeting customers
Requirements:
Previous receptionist or customer service experience
Strong Microsoft office experience
Confident dealing with customers
Available immediately to start
