Simply Education are working alongside a Secondary School in South Lincolnshire who are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant for the remainder of this term. The Teaching Assistant will be working in a friendly Secondary School and will be supporting a number of students on a 1:1 basis. Therefore the Teaching Assistant will need to have a nurturing character and have experience of working with young people.

* Full Time (Mon - Fri 8.30 to 3.30)

* Experience working with young people with ADHD and Autism
* Strong classroom management skills
* Confidence using technology and educational programmes
* Creativity, patience and enthusiasm for working with young students
Key responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant include:
* Providing classroom support to teachers during lessons
* Working one-on-one or in small groups to deliver tailored instruction
* Assisting with reading, writing, Maths and other subjects
* Preparing classroom materials and learning activities
* Monitoring student progress and providing feedback
* Managing student behaviour and upholding classroom rules
* Supervising classrooms, lunch breaks, and school activities as needed
