We currently have an opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator at our Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre located in Stirling, AB. As an Administrative Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting the location team as well as contribute to the overall experience of our customers.
Responsibilities:
* Perform administrative, operational and general office duties
* Process accounts receivable/accounts payable
* Prepare communication materials
* Assist in product logistics and grain sampling
Qualifications:
* Possess an Administrative Certificate/Diploma, or equivalent experience in an administrative role
* Knowledge of bookkeeping, data entry experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, and attention to detail
* Valid driver's licence is required
* An agriculture background is considered an asset
