Trade Marketing Manager NI Portfolio

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for the growing Portfolio, including brands within the Alcohol & Beverage & Snacks category (On, Off & OOH channels). They will be responsible for implementing the strategy within the NI market, driving trade marketing initiatives and plans across the portfolio. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage all aspects of Trade Marketing for brands within the portfolio, liaising with key stakeholders within the wider Richmond business, working closely with our IOI brand/marketing teams.
2. Liaising with all global brand principles and implement the global brand strategy in a locally relevant way in the NI market, be the brand guardian for the portfolio, making sure all designs, principles, tone of voice and activations are a true brand fit and targeting the right audiences.
3. Manage the brand budgets and delivery of all activity within the agreed budget while achieving volume targets.
4. Drive best in class execution and evaluation of trade marketing plans including distribution, visibility, trade advocacy & ROS driving initiatives. Compile insightful monthly & quarterly sales & trade marketing reports, outlining progress Vs brand KPIs and Rate of Sale.
5. Brief in quarterly objectives to trade teams to ensure delivery of brand KPIs. Track and monitor KPIs and create assets to assist with KPI execution. Co-ordinate training of trade teams in display, tastings and product information, where necessary.
6. Creation & Management of POS, visibility tools, trade listings and consumer activations in trade.
7. Where necessary, successful management of trade and consumer led events, overseeing agency management.
8. Any other duties and responsibilities appropriate for the role.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1. An understanding of the FMCG Industry essential.
2. 4 years trade marketing or related experience.
3. Commercially astute with sound budget management experience.
4. Analytical, strategic & ability to problem-solve.
5. Passionate about consumer trends and building brands in the Irish marketplace.
6. Strong communication & presentation skills.
