Location: Glasgow, office based
Salary: Dependent on experience
Hours: 45 hours per week (8.30am to 6.00pm)

Role Overview
With a service-oriented mind-set and the customer’s best interest at heart, as a Retail Support Manager you will be responsible for supporting our retail stores across the United Kingdom, Europe and Canada, as well as overseeing a team of Retail Support Coordinators/Analysts.
You will be responsible for:
* Repair and maintenance issues for the retail stores
* Facilities management
* Performance reporting for the stores
* Flow of goods to the stores
* Stock inventory counts for the stores
* Handling all Intruder and fire alarm issues for the stores
* Organising pre-planned maintenance for the stores
* Carrying out an analysis on utilities for the stores
* Carrying out risk assessments and completing action plans
* Ensuring that all PAT and EICR tests are planned and in date for the stores
* Completing the retail support rota weekly
* Completing purchase orders and checking off invoices
* Submitting data to Valpak for the retail stores for recycled materials
* New store projects, tenders, and quote analysis .

What does a typical day sound like?
* You will engage with the Retail Support team to manage priorities relating to the stores.
* Repairs and maintenance issues are always top priority and take precedence regarding health & safety and security.
* You will be responsible for allocating jobs accordingly, depending on the priority.
* You will go through the “new store” board to double check any access and handover dates ensuring that the board is updated accordingly should there be any changes.
* Once priorities are addressed, it will be your responsibility meticulously delegate tasks and follow-up to ensure smooth operations.
* Your tasks may vary from day-to-day depending on delivery expectations from senior management.
