Who can apply?
Applicants must be completing a placement as part of a degree course at a UK University, either through Year in Industry/Industrial Placement or Gap Year.

Department Overview
The Hub Submission Manager Undergraduate will be accountable for operational management of regional and/or national regulatory dossiers to designated Health Authorities (HAs). This role sits within a team working to tight, business-critical deadlines within a highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide operational support within the team to execute designated tasks associated with submission.
* Accountable for delivering designated tasks with quality and timely as per applicable policy, SOP/Work Instructions, guidelines, or service level agreement.
* Adhere to the appropriate use of technical tools, through use of working practices and QC/QA regimes.
* Commit to completing required on-the-job training courses and Curriculum to ensure compliance is preserved.
* Execute regional specific tasks to support on-time project delivery.
* Partner with other team members on initiatives and non-portfolio projects.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Type of person we are looking for, in relation to ‘Skills’, ‘Knowledge’ and ‘Motivation’:
* Completing placement as part of University Degree either through Year In Industry/Industrial Placement or Gap Year.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work as part of a diverse and multicultural team.
* Demonstrated attention to detail.
* Able to identify priorities and execute what is urgent.
