About The Role
Are you a dedicated Cardiac Physiologist with a passion for precision, innovation, and patient care? CardioScan UK is seeking an experienced professional to join our high-performing clinical team in Putney, during an exciting phase of rapid growth.
As a Cardiac Physiologist, reporting to the International Clinical Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in interpreting and reporting ECG data, ensuring top-tier diagnostic quality for our clients and their patients. Leveraging our advanced cloud-based platform, BeatBox, and cutting-edge analysis software, you will make a meaningful impact on patient care through precise and timely diagnostics. This position is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in the Putney office, offering a balance of on-site collaboration and remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Actively manage, review, and analyze ECG, BP, and Holter Monitor studies
2. Oversee and assist with the daily activities of the clinical team
3. Monitor clinical performance to uphold quality standards and manage turnaround times
4. Identify areas for improvement and propose process enhancements
5. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports to clients
6. Coordinate with remote teams to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
7. Participate in Quality Assurance (QA) processes, including spot audits and corrective action plans
8. Maintain adherence to professional and regulatory standards
9. Provide progress updates to leadership and participate in regular operations meetings
10. Respond to and resolve clinical queries from customers
11. Support the UK Clinical Director in managing customer relationships, training initiatives, and expectations
12. Assist in the training and development of junior staff as needed.
About You
1. Degree in Cardiac Physiology or a related scientific field, with ECG certification (where applicable)
2. Demonstrated experience in ECG analysis and interpretation
3. Proficiency in utilising a variety of cardiac analysis software
4. Solid IT skills, including familiarity with data management systems and cloud-based platforms
5. A proactive attitude and a strong drive for personal and professional growth
6. Commitment to process improvement and maintaining exceptionally high standards
7. Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
8. Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, fostering collaboration and positive outcomes
9. Proven track record of meeting high-level KPIs
10. Outstanding organisational and time management abilities
11. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve strategic goals
12. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures and backgrounds
