Account Director - FM Hard Services\nCentral London\nUp to £80,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Excellent Benefits\n\nAn exceptional opportunity to join a leading facilities management company as an Account Director, overseeing a prestigious client with multiple sites across Central London.\n\nRole Overview:\n\nAs Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing and strengthening relationships with the client and key stakeholders. You will be responsible for providing outstanding operational leadership, ensuring the seamless daily management of the contract. A strong technical background is essential for this position.\n\nThis single-site Hard Services FM contract, covering one location in Central London.
Given the nature of the contract, you will be expected to be on-site regularly, allocating your time accordingly.\n\nYou will benefit from a well-established and loyal workforce offering strong support. The contract is currently performing at its highest level since inception, fostering a positive client relationship and high levels of employee satisfaction and engagement.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nFull P&L management and accountability for financial performance\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, subcontractors, and suppliers\nSet, monitor, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs)\nProvide strategic and operational leadership to ensure continued success\nIdentify and capitalise on growth opportunities within the contract\nOversee SHEQ compliance (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality)Maintaining a strong, collaborative relationship with the client is your primary responsibility. You will work closely with them to ensure an effective partnership.\n\nCandidate Profile:\n\nProven success in managing FM contracts of similar scale within Hard Services\nTechnical expertise is essential\nHV/LV background or mechanical background\nPrevious leadership experience in FM, Building Services, or Engineering\nMinimum 5+ years' experience in the Facilities Management sector\nStrong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders\nHighly commercially aware with strong business acumen\nDriven, hardworking, and committed to excellenceThis role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing contract while driving operational excellence and fostering strong client relationships.\n\nRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
