Job summary As Training Programme Director, you will be responsible for coordinating the training across the region. You will ensure that national standards, determined by Royal Colleges, the GMC and NHS England are implemented locally. Experience within the specialty at consultant level is essential as is considerable experience of working with learners or doctors in training in an educational context.
