A large forward-thinking GP Practice is seeking to hire an Operations Manager. The practice places a strong emphasis on using initiative and innovation to be the provider of choice in their area and is committed to maintaining a positive work-life balance and a supportive working environment. As Operations Manager, you will collaborate with a team of partners who trust you to manage operations autonomously.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record of successfully leading a team, along with solid financial, HR management, and recruitment skills. You will be responsible for the patient journey and data monitoring to aid change. You should be able to remain calm under pressure and focus on the bigger picture, identifying potential opportunities and threats and formulating objectives and ideas for future practice development.
The practice is supported by a robust administrative team, uses EMIS Web, and serves a patient list of approximately 12,000 managed through a partnership. They have a varied workforce involving everyone from GPs and Pharmacists to ANPs, nurses, and secretaries. The Practice also promotes a fantastic location for training programmes and is highly involved in their PCN, offering many extra benefits.
Salary
• £40,000 to £45,000 dependent on experience
