Forecasting and Financial Planning using Board for clients. Role involves updating & adjusting rolling forecasts, submitting budget transfers, making changes to hierarchies, carrying out Profit & Cost Management activities, workforce planning, client collaboration (to mention a few).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Rolling Forecast: Process Steps for updating & adjusting rolling forecasts in Board.
2. Many Inputs and Overlays (Cost Nominal Review): How to make manual inputs & overlays in Board using the Cost Nominal Review screen.
3. Budget Transfers: Process steps for submitting budget transfers in Board.
4. Board Hierarchy Management: Process steps on how to make changes to hierarchies in Board, incl. cost centre changes, core & non-core node changes etc.
5. Profit & Cost Management (PCM Activity): Process steps to carry out key PCM activity in Board (including creating and renaming a Responsibility Centre & creating member activity).
6. Forecasting Operating Costs (Commercial & Property): Forecasting purposes only. Process steps for forecasting POs using Coupa data in Board (incl. data cleansing), How to report on PO forecasts using Board.
Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
1. Comprehensive knowledge of forecasting and financial planning processes in Board.
2. Proficient in cost management and budget transfers.
3. Expertise in data analysis and reporting capabilities.
4. Focus on thoroughness and correctness in financial forecasting.
5. Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate budget adjustments.
6. Knowledge of Coupa and methodologies related to workforce planning (good to have).
