The Green Recruitment Company is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Site Manager specializing in Grid Transmission & Distribution for renewable energy projects. We are searching for a dynamic and driven professional to spearhead our project operations in Bedfordshire.
About the Role:
In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our renewable energy project sites. Your leadership will ensure the successful delivery of projects, with a keen focus on efficiency, safety, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all site operations, ensuring project deadlines are met and operations run smoothly.
2. Implement and maintain stringent health and safety standards, fostering a safe work environment.
3. Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and manage site staff to ensure all team members are aligned with project goals.
4. Regularly update and report on project status to senior management and key stakeholders.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with project partners, local authorities, and community groups.
Requirements:
1. Solid experience in a Site Manager role within the renewable energy sector, particularly in Grid Transmission & Distribution projects.
2. Excellent leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating staff and managing complex team dynamics.
3. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
4. Relevant industry certifications, such as SMSTS or NEBOSH, would be advantageous.
