• The post holder in conjunction with the wider NMAHP Digital Team will be responsible for driving and delivering change in a challenging setting and as such the ability to communicate effectively at all levels using all communication methods is essential. This extends to presenting, running workshops, developing training materials, delivering training and proactively championing change across all clinical disciplines.
• To keep the wider clinical teams informed of progress on any changes to the EPR system.
• The post holder must also assist to communicate with other staff within the trust, with external organisations and with the public.

• To contribute to facilitating service improvement and cultural changes across the trust in relation to Digital systems including the adoption of EPR
• Provide specialist advice to clinical and administrative staff to ensure IT systems support the business processes of the organisation and wider health community, especially where they directly impact patient care.
• Conduct regular data quality audits and work collaboratively with the Lead Digital team to report back finding and inform priorities in terms of adoption and clinical practice relating to digital. Demonstrate an understanding of research and development and how this influences NMAHP practice.
• To address issues and be the link for queries raised by clinical teams and individuals, working in conjunction with the NMAHP specialist Team to support these teams as appropriate.
• To check that manual and electronic delivery data, relating to the EPR system, are entered correctly by staff and to ensure that errors are reported and rectified immediately, but also to feedback directly to staff through 1:1 teaching to reduce the number of errors.
• Provide on-site support during go-live on an area-by-area basis, providing guidance in system use, addressing problems that arise and acting as a link between the users and the systems administration team.

Patient Care Delivery
· To work as an autonomous practitioner, liaising with all members of the multiprofessional team in order to provide training and support with all aspects of digital quality improvement.
· To educate and support multidisciplinary teams around Digital systems and solutions
· To support the wider NMAHP teams with where their documentation will be recorded and teach regarding audits and what is possible with the system.
· Communication is a fundamental process to ensure continuity and high standards of service. It includes sharing ideas, information and feedback to empower staff and members of the interdisciplinary team.

· To work independently but also alongside the other Digital NMAHP Specialist Team.
