HR Business Partner (12 Month Fixed-Term Contract)
Zachary Daniels is partnering with a leading big box retailer to recruit a skilled HR Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will support their retail estate in South Yorkshire, Nottingham, and Staffordshire.
The Role
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting the people agenda.
2. Building strong relationships with managers, providing coaching, support, and constructive challenge; exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
3. Addressing day-to-day HR issues as they arise.
4. Collaborating with the leadership team to drive and support change initiatives.
5. Offering sound, commercial advice on employment, performance management, and talent management.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within retail, with proven expertise as a generalist HR partner.
2. Strong ER experience, with confidence in constructively challenging stakeholders.
3. CIPD qualifications are advantageous.
4. Experience working across both corporate and head office functions.
5. Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
6. Strong influencing skills and a passion for embedding core company values.
7. Solution-oriented, exceptionally well-organized, and an innovative problem solver.
The Package
In return, the business offers a competitive salary of up to £47,000 per annum, plus company bonus and benefits, for the duration of the 12-month fixed-term contract.
