Customer Relationship Manager Nottingham Salary: £35k - £40k Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading ecommerce business, based in Nottingham area, who are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join their team. As the CRM you will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. You will utilise Klaviyo to manage email marketing campaigns, analyse customer data and optimise communication across all touch points. Your goal is to create a personalised and seamless experience for our customers that enhances their connection with the brand. This role is open due to huge growth of the business. THE ROLE: Some of your responsibilities as a Customer Relationship Manager: Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer retention, loyalty and lifetime value. Utilise Klaviyo to design and execute email marketing campaigns that align with our brand, voice and business goals. Segment the customer base to deliver personalised and targeted communication. Analyse customer data to identify trends, behaviours, and opportunities for engagement. Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns including automated workflows and triggered communications. Test and optimise email content, subject lines, and send times to maximise engagement and conversion. Monitor and analyse the performance of CRM campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates and ROI. Use insights from data analysis to refine and improve CRM strategies and tactics. Work closely with the marketing, ecommerce, and CEO to ensure CRM activities are aligned with broader business objectives. Coordinate with customer service to integrate customer feedback into CRM Initiatives. Develop strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, including post-purchase follow-ups, loyalty programs, and personalize Identify opportunities to automate and improve customer journeys across various touch points. THE CANDIDATE: You will have experience with Klavyio - campaign creation, rules, segmentation, flows, as well as the actual production. Proven experience as a CRM Manager or a similar role in E-commerce. Strong Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Excellent communication and Project management skills. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or a related field. Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as shopify would be beneficial.
