Responsibilities
* Work closely with the heads of sales and business leaders to develop value propositions and client marketing strategy for the region.
* Develop and implement strategic marketing plan to support the business goals.
* Lead a team of marketing specialists to help deliver marketing strategy.
* Work closely with sales teams to coordinate roadshows and events across the region.
* Develop campaigns across digital, email, social media, and websites.
* Partner with external media agencies in the region to develop advertisement and media campaigns.
* Help develop sponsorship and advertising opportunities.
* Translate content into German where required.
* Use KPIs and data to record and measure success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements
* Undergraduate degree (min 2.1).
* 10+ years intermediary meeting marketing experience, ideally in the DACH region.
* Business fluent in German and English.
* Proven experience with multi-channel marketing in asset management.
* Strong understanding of asset management distribution environment.
* Strong understanding of investment products.
