Hinkley Point C Project Co-Ordinator

Due to internal progression, we are now seeking a Project Co-Ordinator to support HPC and our Avonmouth depot.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
2. The booking in/out of all Ainscough resources and any subcontractors using the DMS booking system.
3. Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives through site visits/meetings.
4. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
5. Ensure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
6. Analyse risks and opportunities.
7. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
8. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
9. Work with the clients and HPC to eliminate blockers.
10. Contribute to the identification, implementation and monitoring of day-to-day support for the project activities including contract compliance, risk management, Health & Safety, financial management and reporting, document control, assurance and governance to ensure adherence to company standards.
11. Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects and project governance.
12. Assist in any HPC related cost management/projections, sales revenue reporting, requisitions and documenting, process support for financial related matters.
13. Compile QHSE reports for the site and feedback to QHSE department.
14. Book and plan travel related activities, induction etc.
15. Support project compliance.
16. Provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner.
17. Assist project teams at site level with stakeholder & strategy meetings.
18. Promote Ainscough’s services both on HPC and wider afield.
Person Specification
1. Experience on HPC is desired but not essential.
2. Experience/basic working knowledge of various crane types.
3. Good knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office and various data management systems.
4. Ability to multi-task and find solutions in a difficult environment.
5. Travel to and from HPC and our Avonmouth depot will be required, so a driving licence is essential.
