Support Head of PHN in the delivery of locality based services, ensuring an integrated approach with specialist services, focused on meeting the needs of a designated community of children and their family/carers Ensure locality services are delivered in a highly professional and clinically safe manner, in conjunction with the business support team and in accordance with local and national policies and procedures, including compliance with Care Quality Commission standards. Provide management and leadership to staff within areas of responsibility, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Responsibility for ensuring capacity and demand management across service areas to meet activity and waiting time directives, in line with the wider locality performance plan.
