Job Description Job title: Corporate Commercial Account Handler Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Location: Hybrid role – Surrey based office PURPOSE OF ROLE We are currently working with a leading broker who due to growth are recruiting for a Corporate Commercial Account Handler. This role will involve being responsible for providing risk solutions to businesses across various sectors within the UK and handling day-to-day service for clients etc. This role will involve dealing with a range of complex corporate premiums averagely up to £100k. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide the highest level of service to assigned clients in line with agreed client service tools Liaise with the client management team to understand client's business and insurance requirements Attend client meetings and visits, such as pre-renewal and renewal meetings Identify potential improvements in client risk & insurance program design and make recommendations Negotiate renewal terms, mid-term adjustments, and cover extensions Establish and develop effective working relationships with insurers Support in identifying client needs Represent the business professionally and demonstrate an understanding of corporate objectives EXPERIENCE Experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on commercial risks Exposure & understanding to global placements is an advantage Commercial understanding of business, market forces, and competitors Effective communicator and presenter Client-focused with a consultative approach and commitment to excellence in client service SKILLS Strong communication and presentation skills Client-focused approach Excellent client service If you have the relevant experience or know someone that does please contact me now on 07458 162 853 or email us at adminlawesgroup.co.uk
