If so, we want you to be a part of our dynamic team as a CAMO Safety and Compliance Engineer!\n\n About the Role:\n\n As a vital member of our Safety, Security and Compliance department, you will assist in managing the WUK CAMO Management System.
Your primary mission? To ensure the safe and airworthy operation of our aircraft in accordance with UK CAA regulations. With your expertise, you'll monitor compliance and continuously improve our management system, making a real impact in the aviation industry!\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nMaintain and enhance an effective Management System for CAMO.\n\nPresent insightful reports and significant developments in Compliance and Safety.\n\nResolve issues and non-conformities promptly during audits.\n\nMonitor external contractors for regulatory compliance and safety performance.\n\nConduct maintenance compliance audits and check potential maintenance providers.\n\nKeep up to date with industry legislation changes and safety trends.\n\nPrepare Corrective Action Plans for audit findings.\n\nParticipate in the development of our Safety Management System.\n\nConduct safety investigations and manage safety projects.\n\nWho You Are:\n\nYou have experience in continuing airworthiness (any level).\n\nYou possess knowledge of aviation regulations (UK CAA Part-M, Part-CAMO, Air-OPS, Part-145).\n\nYour educational background includes a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering field.\n\nYou are fluent in English, both written and spoken.\n\nSkills and Competencies:\n\nStrong ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAnalytical thinker with a keen eye for non-compliance.\n\nFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders.\n\nProven capability to develop processes and procedures.\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity to advance your career in a supportive and innovative environment.
